The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. Man, I love X Men. The quality of the movies aren't always the best but I'm a sucker for an underdog story.
Like I just find it hard to really root for the Avengers, whereas the whole world hates the Mutants and you just feel for them.

Don't hold your breath, whilst they do get some cool one on one fights with the sentinel, they were wasted imo. When you add characters like Warpath, Sunspot and Bishop, at least try to do something cool and different that we haven;t seen before. The things they did were all been there, done that. Was severely dissapointed in that regard. Rest of the film was awesome though. Here's my review:

I'm not comparing them like that, I still think Marve Studios has better quality of movies. I feel personally in regards to a team dynamic, even in the comics, like I said I'm a sucker for the underdogs. Of course Avengers are iconic, just like the Justice League and nothing will take that away.

I agree with CherryBomb. I love both teams and the Marvel Studios films are better imo aaand I'm tempted to boyxcot fox/Singer films..

BUT I love the x men so god damn much. They're the difference between Marvel and DC for me.

I seem to find myself dropping Avengers titles and picking up more mutant ones.. Hell the only avengers I'm picking up now is UNCANNY ahaha

Cherry- As far as the comics are concerned, I've always preferred the X-Men to the Avengers for exactly that reason.

Hell, I prefer the X-Men to pretty much every other super-team.

I mean, the thing with the X-Men, and, more specifically, mutants- they're just trying to make it through the day, y'know? That's all they can hope for, really. Everybody hates them, and for what? Because they're "not normal"? What the f*ck does "not normal" even mean anymore? I dunno, I've just always connected to that. Especially with all of the shit you hear about in the news these days.

I think everyone we think is going to happen in this movie will happen. Some of our fave, iconic characters won't get that much screen time but we knew that in the beginning. We're going to be in the past more than any timeline so if that's still someone's complaint, then get over it. I don't agree with introducing so many characters and underutilizing them just for the sake of having epic battle scenes but I do believe this movie will surprise lots of people. It won't be the best X-Men movie, but it will give us new faith in the X-Men franchise.

I hope it is.

I thought Godzilla was going to be amazing but it was actually just a pretty good movie.

The problem sometimes is that these trailers are cut by genius editors who can make a decent film look like the second-coming.

I hope Bishop is in this more than what we see in the trailers.
I also HOPE that they bring back Angel so that we may even get a chance at Arch Angel in Apocalypse as one of the 4 Horseman.

in the clips iceman and bishop say at least a few words....

Colossus didnt say anything, i have a feeling that he will there just supporting, i mean, the clip has the same footage that we saw in preview trailers, the iceman and bishop clips had at least one second of new footage....
