What's your favorite scene in
X-Men: Days of Future Past? There are a lot to choose from, but most people would answer the Pentagon kitchen scene featuring
'Quicksilver' (Evan Peters) and his mutant-speed. It is visually stunning as the speedster races around the set disarming the Pentagon security and changing the trajectory of bullets headed toward
Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), Magneto (Michael Fassbender) and Charles Xavier (James McAvoy). In order to pull off the slow-motion sequence director Bryan Singer had to shoot the scene with a high-speed camera filming at 3,600 frames per second.
Below, is a three minute video detailing the visual effects that were created by
Rising Sun Pictures for the scene. It is a must watch for any fan of the series.
