I just found this trailer and I must say that I feel both bleh AND impressed! You'll see what I mean after the trailer!



Marvel is definitley packing the villains because i know I saw Kang in there!
I also liked the part where Wasp showed up Giant Man!
The animation looks interesting but could work against the series.

Now why would Marvel put effort in making an animated series WITH Wasp and GiantMan IF they're not included in the upcomming film??? HMMMMMMMM??????? I think they're telling us something ;) AWESOME animation BTW!!!

Shaman: I agree completely. The Avengers have many flashier characters that would probably work better for animation. Yet they announced this lineup for the cartoon at the same time as the movie announcement, and are appearently sticking with it.
There has to be a good reason.

back in 2007-2008 wasn't the Avengers set for 2010?
they kept changing it because the release date for the movie kept changing.
sounds logical.
and Thor:Tales of Asgard was supposed to have come out last Fall.
now, they're releasing it next year to coincide with the live action adaptaion.
i guess they figure they'll make more money that way.

Don't want to judge something before it's out but, not really impressed by the trailer, doesn't look like the show will take itself seriously...

I mean the trailer for Wolverine and the X-men was serious in tone, but this is more like Superhero Squad only older, at least that was the impression I got from the trailer. But hey who knows...

well i hope they have hulk,leader,abomination,ultron,giantman,wasp,and the other avengers in the avengers movie. and if they dont use leader then they need to do a sequel to hulk.

After reading Marvel Civil Wars, Its hard for me to root for Iron man after all the crap he did to Cap. Nevertheless, I would imagine this is before then when it was okay to blow up a city and the people wouldn't complain.

I really dig the stylized animation...still as multi pointed out this seems to be in some kind of limbo. Hopefully now with disney footing the bill it'll get pushed ahead instead of back.
