Ultimate Spider-Man will be a unique journey exploring our favorite web-slinger as he teams up with other fan favorite Marvel Super Heroes in never before seen stories with a new life filled with great challenges, new friends, intense action and character growth. Ultimate Spider-Man will tell a coming of age story, where hapless Peter Parker evolves from a naive teen hotshot to a true hero who comes to terms with his origins and abilities. As the storyline begins, Peter Parker has been Spider-Man for just one year. Hes fought villains, saved lives, but still has much to learn about being a super-hero. Now, Nick Fury gives Peter the chance to go to the next level to train to be a real super-hero and become The Ultimate Spider-Man. But before he can do that, Peter will have to learn how to work with a team of fellow teenage super-heroes. Along the way, he will have to navigate challenging relationships with mentors and super-colleagues, and emerge with a better understanding of his parents' legacy and his own destiny.

Many thanks to TheIrishAvenger for the heads up.

Ultimate Spider-Man premieres on Disney XD this Sunday, as a part of the new Marvel Universe programming block.

Clark Gregg is the luckiest guy in Hollywood, isn't he? I bet he never thought that role in Ironman would turn into this kind of cash cow.

I totally agree with you, dragonking555. This really showcased the animation and style of the show. From a purely visual standpoint, it looks great. The other elements are looking better too.

@miggz

The 90s one is terrible. I think spectacular was great so I can see why people are upset about that one but not 90s. That's pure nostalgia talking.

People do your research, spectacular had to be cancelled because of the Disney marvel buy out. Don't hate this one because marvel was forced to cancel spectacular. Give it a chance.

Excellent Character design for Venom, Finally! The shows looks great but i just cant get over that stupid bike. And i just wish they drop that kiddy approach and go darker later on in the series

The toast bit reminds me of teen titans which doesn't sit well with me, but everything else, especially the cast looks awesome!

Gonna be watching this!

This is going to be an amazing show. Not as good as Spectacular, but at least Marvel owns the rights now, which should have been done in the first place, but nonetheless I'm just glad that I'm gonna be able to watch Spiderman on Tv again.

Not since xmen evolution have we had great characetr designs and animation. This is a step above of course. This should be the new standard because the designs are better than spectacular spiderman but the swinging is just as good.

pux. I enjoyed wolverine and the xmen just felt character designs were better in x evo. Should have at least got a second season. Hopefully a new xmen show is next on the agenda but with a wolverine that hasnt got a toothpick waste and skinny legs with huge feet.
