My mind is completely blown by this. The original show already had a degree of silliness to it, enough to satisfy babies and still be badass. Why the [frick] would they make this shit?

While it doesn't work for older Titans fans like can be found here, kids just LOVE silly superheroes. Ratings like these tell us that this show isn't going away any time soon. I just don't see why we couldn't have this show for those kids that like the silly stuff and still have kept Green Lantern and Young Justice. Create a true two hour block of superhero programming, and you've really upped the game on Disney, and are producing superhero shows for all kinds of superhero fans. Everyone wins.

I grew up with George Perez and those Titans. Hands down my favorite book as a kid (outside of Claremont & Byrne's Uncanny X-men). Seeing that image brought back some good memories. I'm sure the rating are good but this new Titan series..? just plain sad.
