The original 3D computer animated story follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.

The LEGO Movie stars Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman. The film is set to hit theaters February 7th, 2014.

Not going to lie, looks ok but I'm never going to watch it. Might take my nephew, but I'm glad they are not doing stop motion like I heard they were doing.

I'm a little disappointed. I didn't know they were using real Lego. I thought it would be CGI like the games.

Just saying, this vs. Cap 2, Guardians, Spider-Man 2, Days of Future of Past and Big Hero 6. If DC fans weren't such tools on Marvel pages I wouldn't have to point that out :/

I'm pretty sure the whole thing is CGI it just looks like stop motion animation.
LEVITIKUZ
LEVITIKUZ - 6/18/2013, 4:46 PM
And that's why people prefer Mario over Luigi. Because Luigi's a dick.

Also this will without a doubt be the best Green Lantern movie.

I still find it kind of weird that the first time Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman will appear on the big screen together is in a Lego movie.

Honestly, has no one seen Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs and/or 21 Jump Street? They're two of the best comedies in the last 10 years

The directors and screenwriters, PHIL LORD and CHRIS MILLER have immense talent. Why does no one do their research on this stuff?

This will be a fantastic film made by fantastic people.
