Has The ANT-MAN Filming Been Delayed?
With recent events taking place in San Francisco, right around where Ant-man was suppose to be filming, we ask ourselves does this event affect Marvel's Ant-man and its filming schedule? Hit the jump to check out what happened that may delay filming. Check it out.
We all know that filming for Ant-man just recently started earlier this week in San Francisco, we've had some brief set photos, and an official still featuring Scott Lang portrayed by Paul Rudd. Today in the San Francisco bay area there was an Earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 that did lots of destruction and nearly over 120 were people injured. There’s no word by Marvel or any of the cast members if this Earthquake affected their filming schedule in any way. We should be getting some information very soon on the current state of production for Marvel’s first film in Phase three. Ant-Man is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics characters of the same
name: Scott Lang and Hank Pym. The film is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is intended to be the twelfth installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Peyton Reed is set to direct the film written by Edgar Wright, Joe Cornish andAdam McKay, with Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas and Evangeline Lilly starring. In Ant-Man, Lang must help defend Dr. Pym's Ant-Man technology and plot a heist with worldwide ramifications.
