Joseph Gordon-Levitt And Paul Rudd Frontrunners For Edgar Wright's ANT-MAN
While an unrevealed third actor may be added to the mix, both Joseph Gordon-Levitt (The Dark Knight Rises) and Paul Rudd (This Is 40) have emerged as the two frontrunners for the leading role in Edgar Wright's Ant-Man, and Marvel are said to be VERY close to making a decision!
Variety have exclusively revealed that the two frontrunners for the title role in Edgar Wright's Ant-Man are Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Paul Rudd. Both actors have extremely impressive resumes, but this would be the first time that Rudd has been attached to a superhero project (he did once have a fairly nasty dust up with Lou "Hulk" Ferrigno in I Love You Man of course...). Levitt on the other hand has starred in The Dark Knight Rises, will soon be seen in Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and was at one point rumoured to be up for the role of 'Star-Lord' in Guardians of the Galaxy. According to the site, "Sources indicate the two are expected to meet with Marvel execs and Wright one more time before a decision is made and that there’s also a possibility of one more actor being added into the mix." Which of these actors would you guys most like to see play Ant-Man?
