AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Promo Art Offers Another Spoilery Look At That Hulk Moment NOT In The Movie
Avengers: Infinity War may not have undergone Justice League level reshoots but it appears as if at least some big changes were made based on more promo art teasing some different plans for The Hulk...
Avengers: Infinity War featured a Bruce Banner who was unable to transform into The Hulk. While many fans initially theorised that he was having some performance issues related to Thor: Ragnarok (as in becoming the Jade Giant one more time would lead to his demise), it turns out that the Green Goliath simply didn't want to come out to play after receiving a nasty beating from the Mad Titan.
However, it appears as if Joe and Anthony Russo had different plans once upon a time because following the release of a Funko Pop figure showing The Hulk smashing his way out of the Hulkbuster armour, we now have some hi-res promo art featuring an artist's interpretation of what would have no doubt been a key moment in the movie. The question is, why did the filmmakers choose to cut it?
Well, for starters, there's nothing to say this was ever in Avengers: Infinity War; it could have been an early idea which was sent to the marketing teams but never went any further than that. Then again, The Hulk was in the trailers during that battle in Wakanda and those final shots of Banner in the Hulkbuster armour looked like they could have been added in reshoots. What do you guys think?
