The rights issues surrounding Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are more than a little complicated. Both Marvel Studios and 20th Century Fox can use the brother and sister duo (due to the fact that they have been members of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants AND The Avengers), but it's widely assumed that the former would not be allowed to refer to the fact that they are mutants or related to Magneto.
