A Real Working Batmobile Can Be Yours For Only...$620,000

You may have already seen the video of Casey Putsch's (of Putsch Racing) turbine powered, street legal Batmobile in action. But now Putsch is selling the awesome one of a kind car. Do you have over half a mill lying around?

Something else isn't it? The car was built in a professional racing facility alongside Grand Prix, DTM, Indy and Sports Racing cars. Putsch says "the world's only turbine-powered bat car" was built this year, features 365-horsepower Boeing turboshaft engine and a centrally mounted touch-screen iPad with 3G and is able to run on jet, kerosene or diesel fuel.

And he is selling it on ebay for $620,000. In the listing Putsch says..

"Having a perfect reliability record, this car is ready to be enjoyed by an enthusiast who is looking for the ultimate luxury in one-upmanship. The construction is in a completely different league than both replicas and of course the movie prop cars."

I'm sold. Now to sell a few organs..

There used to be a Burton Batmobile located in San Diego as part of a custom car museum that also had some of the cars from Death Race 2000. I say 'used to',because a couple of years ago someone decided to take a joyride in it and tried to hide it at his house in his garage. The neighbors thought it was a low-flying jet noise-wise and naturally called 911.lol
