More photos and video from the set of the HBO Max Batgirl movie have been shared online (they really don't seem too concerned about security), and this latest behind-the-scenes glimpse at the DC Comics-based superhero flick may confirm the character Jacob Scipio will be playing.
The video shows the Bad Boys For Life actor suited and booted, making his way into a building with "Bressi" painted on the side. This has led to speculation that Scipio might have been cast as Gotham City enforcer "Tough" Tony Bressi.
This villain went up against Batman and Batgirl in the comics, but he also crossed paths with Firefly, who'll be played by Brendan Fraser in the movie. Previous set snaps have indicated that Scipio's character will be friendly with Barbara Gordon, however, so he may not be quite the nasty piece of work he was in the source material.
Speaking of Babs, we also have another look at Leslie Grace sporting flowing auburn locks as GCPD Officer Gordon.
Batgirl will also star J.K. Simmons as Jim Gordon, and it's been confirmed that Michael Keaton's Batman will appear.
Loki composer Natalie Holt recently announced that she's signed on to work on the movie's score, while Christina Hodson, who wrote Bumblebee and also worked on Birds of Prey and The Flash, penned the most recent draft of the script.
The HBO Max movie is being directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. No release date has been announced.
