Lindsay Lohan Feels That People Dragging Up Her Past Might Get In The Way Of Her Landing BATGIRL Role
During a TV interview, Lindsay Lohan brought up her recent campaign to play Batgirl, and the actress feels that people constantly dwelling on her checkered past may "distract" from her landing the role...
Lindsay Lohan recently continued her social media campaign to play Batgirl for Joss Whedon by sharing an image of herself alongside Barbara Gordon to her Twitter account.
Actors putting themselves out there for roles in this way is nothing new, of course, but the Mean Girls star seems to be very serious about this and is even bringing it up while being interviewed on TV.
During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, Lohan addressed the people that seem determined to put up roadblocks by dwelling on the mistakes she's made in the past (just check the comments sections of our previous articles), and says she believes this type of things could distract from “maybe meeting with people to do Batgirl, or maybe doing a Mean Girls 2.”
Some may feel Lohan is being unrealistic here, but whether you happen to think she'd make a good Batgirl or not, she's trying to get her career back on track and that's to be applauded.
