This is what looks to be either Tom Hardy as Bane or a Stunt man in the same hospital window that Bruce Wayne was "thrown out of". Check out the picture and let me know what you think in the comment area.

The hood could something to with special effects.
Or maybe the skull mask for Black Mask was downgraded to a executioner hood haha..

@Marvel72- Black Mask's original (and less Red Skull-y) mask wasn't anything like a skull. It was just a heap of black.

It might be Black Mask pre-Skull mask or Bane in a suit. Possibly the former.

@THABATMAN: actually, it could be Wayne. maybe, this is just a theory, Wayne is there visiting Alfred, realizes Bane is there, and dons the "mask" as a way to protect his identity and still fight Bane without everyone in the hospital realizing it's him.

or it could be Bane.

Well to me it looks like it is NOT a suit and tie but that it is a bare chest and black clothing and a black mask. I would say it could be the 'updated' versions of the villians "Wrath" or indeed it could be "Night Scourge" or what about "Drakken"? I mean it may even possibly be "Hangman" or super assassin "DeadShot", or "Payback"...even "Mr Roulette".. you see what im doing here, im mixing a couple of possibilities with some crazy ones, because who knows what Nolans going to do but him?? he could take a characters name, general characer angle and create a Nolanised version of the character. I doubt he will just throw in the black mask because thats what the specualtion was before the film, thats why i think he dropped the riddler, it was expected, people were yawning sayin "yes it's going to be riddler..." so Nolan dropped him. Also who would've thought scarecrow as a major villian like in the first film?? Not me. I do think Nolan will root around the Bat-verse and find a character, maybe even a little known character. Just to mix up the films, remember, Batman film franchise will NOT end with Nolan..he is just finishing his trilogy. He will of course leave doors open for future films and characters.

It could be Bane incognito to gain access in the hospital Alfred is rumored to be at to wait for Bruce. Then again, I'm probably completely off.
