Black Panther: Wakanda Forever remains one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's most intriguing upcoming movies, especially as little to nothing has been revealed about what we can expect.
In the wake of Chadwick Boseman's death, the Black Panther mantle is being passed to another character, with Shuri and M'Baku among the possibilities. Dominique Thorne will also make her MCU debut as Ironheart, while it's been rumoured that we'll finally see Namor the Submariner on the big screen.
The belief is that Narcos: Mexico star Tenoch Huerta is playing the King of Atlantis, while we're also expecting to see Atlanteans Namora and Attuma. Time will tell whether that all pans out, but a new rumour from Murphy's Multiverse writer Charles Murphy suggests Namor is going to be the highly anticipated sequel's "primary antagonist."
T'Challa and Namor have one heck of a rivalry in the comic books, and Marvel Studios definitely started to lay the groundwork for Atlantis and its King to be introduced. Avengers: Endgame made reference to undersea earthquakes, while Eternals left a massive, marble Celestial in the ocean.
Hopefully, Marvel Studios will share some details and a first look at the movie soon. It's had quite the fraught production over the past year, and we're not expecting a trailer until the summer.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is set to be released in theaters on November 11!
