Captain America: The First Avenger" will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving.)

Holding out hope that this is going to be good. The trailers haven't sold me on it. The Cap suit is a little too futuristic for a WW2 movie, same with the Hydra soldiers' costumes weapons and vehicles. Plus...They seem to be pussing out on showing swastikas. Hopefully this is not the case in the movie. I'll give it a shot anyways since I enjoyed Thor. Marvel Studios seems to be on the ball a good chunk of the time.

Aside from the original poster with the bowed, unmasked head, all of the posed promotional images for this film have been so lackluster to downright awful. Thankfully, the stills from the film itself have been looking great, but someone should whip that marketing department into shape.

The more I see of the uniform, the more I like it. I especially like the "futuristic for that time" feel. Like it looks kind of retro now, but would have been cutting edge and futuristic for his day....

I noticed the weird lips too...luckily the movie is a movie and not still shots so we should not see odd lips in the movie.
