Captain America: The First Avenger" will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving.)

Sweet I actually watched this being filmed...as this was filmed in Manchester, UK!!!

Its freaky seeing a road I am very familiar with in a major comic book film...but I love it!!! :)

Not much to go off of, but it is the first pure scene I believe. I like the atmosphere and tone this clip shows.

@EvilEye - I noticed that too. Hopefully it won't be in the final cut. The bigger mistake though is military personnel are supposed to remove their cover before entering a building.

Rogers is short due to a diseased stunt in growth. When the Serum enhances his body, it corrects the cell mutation and allows his bones to extend to his natural height.

Actually, I just made that up. But if it seems silly that Super serum makes you taller, you can always suspend disbelief with a little creativy. Might save you from being called names lol. At any rate, the effect is seamless. They did a really good job on Skinny Rogers.
