When Marvel Studios took to Hollywood's El Capitan Theatre last year to awesomely announce Captain America: Civil War among other "Phase 3" movies, they had already prepared an official logo or title card to release online simultaneously. However, with filming in full swing and a number of licensing partners on board for when Captain America, Iron Man, and many other superheroes clash on the big-screen, Marvel has now shared an updated version of that Civil War logo which will likely carry over when we start getting official promo images and posters. What do you think?

Directed by Anthony & Joe Russo from a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain. Starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Chadwick Boseman, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, Frank Grillo, William Hurt, and Martin Freeman, Captain America: Civil War is set for release on May 6, 2016.

Anyone else think that Civil War should be at least 2 movies?

Matt Murdock should have a cameo in civil war.

@kurtWagner1225 PREACH. That was a good run by Fraction/Brubaker.

I'm thinking Max Greenfield or Garrett Hedlund as Danny Rand / Iron Fist.

Also I think it's silly that I have to say that so I don't butt raped by everyone who immediately attacks someone with a differing opinion

I know that Civil War is this giant storyline, but is it really okay to have the "Civil War" bigger than Captain America? I mean they're promoting this "Choose Your Side" campaign for both Iron Man and Captain America, but should that really happen in a Captain America movie? It's just feeling weird to say "I'm with Iron Man against Captain for the new Captain America movie." I have no doubt that they'll do great things with Captain in this movie, but with all these heroes and Iron Man, the golden boy for MCU, all have to be juggled in a movie where the title implies that Captain is the protagonist, that he's the hero, despite Civil War having such a moral ambiguity? I'm just saying that Civil War shouldn't have the Captain America title in it if the whole focus is "Captain vs Iron Man. Who do you want to win?" This is essentially turning into another Avengers movie without Thor. Look at BvS (Not trying to start a flame war or anything. I swear!) but it's neither acknowledged as a Superman sequel or the first Batman movie in the DCU. It may look like just a name dispute, but if given thought could lead to problems, where a campaign is focused on a possibility that Iron Man or Captain America could win, or that seeing all these characters appear ...in a Captain America movie. Just the title logo gives the impression that "Civil War" is bigger than Captain America, the Captain brand was just a front so they can do Civil War, presumably before the Infinity War finale so as to not appear ridiculous that they're fighting each other after defeating an alien warlord that manipulates reality itself.

Feel like it was a missed opportunity not using the "Iron Man" logo font for "Civil War"
