"I can do this all day." The choice to cast Chris Evans as Captain America in 2010 might have seemed odd at first, given that he already played a prominent Marvel role as the Human Torch. All that has changed with each subsequent Captain America and Avengers film, with Evans proving through several emotional performances that he was made for this role. That trend looks to continue with the upcoming release of Captain America: Civil War, a film which looks to be on track to perform far better than its predecessors! Collider managed to catch up with Evans, who gave a comprehensive look at where his Marvel contract currently stands, what the Russo Brothers have told him about Avengers: Infinity War, and what it was like to be a part of the casting process for Tom Holland's Spider-Man! Watch the full video below!

Directed by Anthony & Joe Russo and from a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability. With an all-star cast that includes Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Chadwick Boseman, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, Frank Grillo, with William Hurt, and Martin Freeman. Captain America: Civil War is scheduled for release on May 6, 2016.

@MattBellissimo - I really hope it does get to main! Seriously the amount of dedication you're putting into these articles is amazing! #Matt4Editor

If I had some constructive criticism for this particular article, I think you should include some quotes from the interview in the article, like the most significant ones.

Usually when I see an article like this, I read the headline and the tag, but I mostly skim through the actual article itself. I take a look at some read some of the quotes from the interview the actor/director/producer and then go straight to the comments to see what other people had to say.

Its rare that I actually watch the vids from these types of articles. I guess in this "internet-fast-paced" age people just want to be given the "TL;DR" version of news haha :P

Other than that, this looks like the kind of article we get from the other editors. You can tell that you have a degree in journalism!

Was wondering if you're planning on doing any editorials. I'd love to read them!

@MattBellissimo - I'm so embarrassed at the amount of times I used the word "article" in my comment
