I went and rented GL and that actually wasn't bad. For the $6 I spent to rent it, it was worth the four hours of enjoyment in my eyes. Might have to rent this one as well.

oh well I suppose Batman is the only CB character they can make great games off of

Pretty sure Marvel didn't design and make the game. It is Sega. Marvel needs to get out of that contract of using them and find someone new.

the last good movie game was wolverine origins...before that was the punisher so...only violent movie games are good! look for the M rating

The whole debate over which company makes the better games is retarded because neither comic company actually designs and creates them. But if you really wanna start an argument, games based off Marvel characters have continuously raised the bar pre-Arkham Asylum. Batman: AA is the only "DC game" that wasn't a complete turd.

Dang it! I was actually looking forward to this. It looked cool. Oh well. Just goes to show you, Sega can't make a decent video game. I have no idea why Marvel Studios is letting them make their video games. Iron Man, Iron Man 2, and Thor the video games all stunk. I have no idea why Marvel is letting them continue. Unless it's because of a contract. I'll probably rent this or buy it used at Gamestop. (Gamestop let's you return a used game after a week if it isn't good or something. I've done it once or twice.)

My favorite Marvel games are Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2, and Web of Shadows. (Even though WoB got bad reviews, I thought it was decent. Could have been great if it wasn't so freakin glitchy.)

My favorite DC games are Arkham Asylum and hopefully Arkham City.

Yeah, 6-hour campaing. I'm OUT!
It had to be at least 3 times that to interest me.

Hopefully, they can keep the combat system and rebuild around it, because that shield-slinging, acrobatic, hostage-taking, heavy-pounding fight style NEEDS to be on a truly good videogame.
