Born during the Great Depression, Steve Rogers grew up a frail youth in a poor family. Horrified by the newsreel footage of the Nazis in Europe, Rogers was inspired to enlist in the army. However, because of his frailty and sickness, he was rejected. Overhearing the boy's earnest plea, General Chester Phillips offered Rogers the opportunity to take part in a special experiment... Operation: Rebirth.

After weeks of tests, Rogers was at last administered the Super-Solider Serum and bombarded by 'vita-rays.' Steve Rogers emerged from the treatment with a body as perfect as a body can be and still be human. Rogers was then put through an intensive physical and tactical training program. Three months later, he was given his first assignment as Captain America. Armed with his indestructible shield and battle savvy, Captain America has continued his war against evil both as a sentinel of liberty and as leader of the Avengers.

I hope they dont kill Red Skull in the end. He is too evil to be just in one movie!
He should get trapped in the cosmic cube, so he could comeback with the Hydra as the villains in The Avengers!

Yet as most evil never dies, the same was true for that of Skull. Trapped in a cosmic cube, Skull's evil ultimately was so great that he was able to escape his prison. As a result, Skull now possessed limited reality warping powers that made him a truly cosmic threat.

Then he could first brainwash The Hulk and turn him against The Avengers!:D

If thats not a challenge to the good guys?! I dont know what is!

Also it would be cool to see Tim Roth aka The Abomination working for Skull and Hydra!:D

If all this would be in The Avengers, it would definitely BLOW MY MIND!!!

Admit it this idea is HUNDRED TIMES better than some Skrull/Kree sh*t!! Loki is AWESOME too, but he is not basically pure evil like Skull!!!
Thats why...
RED SKULL AS THE VILLAIN IN THE AVENGERS!!!!!!... WHO IS WITH ME?!!!

grif: It's not as if I'm just posting the same old pictures over and over - these show the progression of the set as it's being buit which I know a lot of people (myself included) find pretty interesting! :)

DCMF: I've just had an email from someone saying exactly that I'm afraid bud! Apparently they're going to close the entire area off from Monday! Expect further details in the article I post later...with even more set pictures that I've been sent! (sorry grif, lol!)

CaptainAmerica/DEFENDER/ChristopherM: While I respect your opinions, it's clear from the comments above that the majority of users here on CBM find these pictures interesting - when that changes, we'll stop posting them. And of course, feel free to start contributing rather than complaining at any point you like! :P

AlexDeLarge666: Something like that for a future Captain America or Avengers movie would be awesome...the first one should focus on Loki and the Hulk though IMO as a nod to the classic story! Regardless, we definitely need to see Weaving as Red Skull in more than just the one movie!

It's fine JoshW, don't worry about those people, you're gonna have at least 2 shit talkers out of like 20 people who do care and support you, so there is no need to apologize to people who don't have any manners.

Thanks for all these pics btw :)

Intruder & JoshW@ Loki is awesome too!!:D Maybe it would be more fair to give the first showdown to Loki (as a nod to the classic story)?!
Thou Skull is still my favorite for the first one, but definitely no to Skrull/Kree thing!!
... Or Skull & Loki together?! That would be far-fetched!:D
