Thanks to the keen eye of CBM's greatest ally, RimBreaks, a new poster for Marvel & Joe Johnston's Captain America: The First Avenger film has hit the net, via Ebay. Supposedly set to be posted in theaters, check out a low-quality version below.



Captain America: The First Avenger focuses on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes and Peggy Carter to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull. Starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Tommy Lee Jones, Hayley Atwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Stanley Tucci and Hugo Weaving, the film releases July 22, 2011.

Anyone else notice that there hasn't been a theatrical poster yet that features Cap wearing his mask? The only one I've seen that does was that cool Captain America Comics #1 throwback for the cast and crew with him punching Hitler out. Am I wrong?

I think his head looks like that because it might've been photoshopped there but they didn't notice the size. I could be wrong.
