so they end up together due to some bullshit spell or something? WTF?

@Mrcool210
No, theyre being attacked by a villain that wants them to feel pain and loss like he did, which you would know if you read the past issues.

Read the comics and then you'll understand, thats how these things usually work.

Again, Geoff Johns demonstrates his complete inability to write Wonder Woman.

@Fastestmanalive he wants them to feel pain like he did, so through a course of events he makes them end up together,great plan

I WILL say that Jim Lee's art is killer and he draws Wonder Woman in a most wondrous way.

@Mrcool210
I have no idea what your talking about.

There werent really any course of events, he just sort of attacked them in the last issue or two with these apparitions.

And I'm not sure what your on about with this thing of them ending up together, theyre already a team so yea theyre together.

Again read the comics bro and you wont have to speculate and you could know whats actually happening, reading the actual stories does usually help with this type of confusion of not knowing whats going on.

@MrCool210 read the comics and you'll see why you were better off not reading it...

@fastestmanalive I agree with you. I am re-reading blackest night and that's Geoff johns at his best. With GL and Aquaman being very good i am surprised Justice league is a rushed and badly written book. Its a shame but as a flagship book it really should be up there.

@Asterisk agreed. I think Jim Lee's WW is probably the single best piece of character art in the entire New 52. She's always stunning and dynamic.

"I am re-reading blackest night and that's Geoff johns at his best."

Wow...I'm stupefied. That was superficial, contrived crap.

I enjoyed it a lot, actually. Then again, I have a really open mind about comics.

@Splenda I enjoyed the first arc, as simple as it was. It's not bad, but there's no depth to the stories. Not like Snyder's work on Batman or anything like that. It's the comic book equivalent of a popcorn flick. Pretty, nice to look at, even quite fun at times, but ultimately nothing memorable. Hopefully this changes in the next couple issues. At this point, I am really only reading it for Jim Lee's art, truth be told.

Jim Lee's art is still some of the best I have ever seen.

I find it ridiculous that they are trying to pair Superman and Wonder woman together is so asinine. Only Bruce Timm and Co. down at the original DCAU with Justice League had the right idea of pairing Batman and Wonderwoman, the end of their love lives are always question mark; while we know when it comes down to it Superman will end up with Lois

It's funny to see all the negative remarks, first the Marvel fans who always try to find a reason to bash. Then the haters (hate one reason or the other). The haters always seem to know the right path, funny....I wonder why, if they so much and know what's right how come they aren't writing major characters like or within the business. Get back to the grill the Whopper needs turning, smuck.

I agree dude thats why I stopped commenting on this site as well as others, because all people do is complain. Yet how come they always click on the topic talking about the things they hate. You have Marvel fans that hate dc but yet the click on dc topics talking about or vise versa. Then you just have haters who just hate for the sake of hating because they cannot help it. If what these major companies are doing is wrong then it would reflect in their sales from the look of things these companies know what they are doing because they are selling alot of books. If the old stuff had worked their would not have been a new 52 or marvel now

So, is the cover with Superman and Wonder Woman goin' at it a variant cover, or is the Aquaman one the variant???

Oh and I actually like JL so far. But Graves is weird to me. Idk...

@dadarkknight & @blueorangeny Because everybody is soooooooo cool & tough at home on their Moms computer!!! I love a good debate & sometimes people on here make some good points but there are more trolls & jackasses that are worried about being "First" or calling people names for no reason than there are people that have something intelligent to say.

It's weird. I found myself really rooting for Steve Trevor. It seemed like it was all headed towards this great love that they were going to have to really work at. Now he's semi dead for an issue and Superman just helps himself. I can see they want more depth and shock in the Flag Ship title but to lead up to this? Steve absolutley needs to get with Lois. Especially after 12 issues of Steve's love leading to his death and her laying with Superman. Lame

I don't think Batman could handle Wonder Woman. Only the Man of Steel is up to the challenge. I'm happy that theyre the new power couple. As long as its well written, I'm all for it!

musashi, exactly. Thats what ive been trying to say to everyone who thinks Superman and Wonder Woman is a bad couple, Batman cant handle WW's srtong, sophisticated sexy ass, SUPEMRAN will wreck her in the bedroom. Ive always thought SUPES and WW looked like a great couple.

Why does Superman HAVE to end up with Lois Lane? That's the same crap we've had for like 70 years. Is it it not okay to have something different? Does that exceed the bounds of acceptability? I'm all for new stuff happening. But I think this should be something that unfolds naturally as opposed to a forced gimmick (which is what this is).

While I'm all for changing things up a bit and since the reboot now is a perfect time to do that Clark ultimately needs to end up with Lois cuz thats who he is in essence.

Look past all the superficial of "who could handle his super pelvis" and look at who Clark really is, just a good man with a good heart trying to bring some good into the world, very human characteristics.

That's what all the Superman mythos have tried to convene time and time again. Superman's father may have been a world renowned brilliant scientist from a planet with an advanced civilization but his real father is a simple middle American farmer with strong American values and morales.

Its not the super powers that makes clark the greatest hero of all time, no not the super, but the man, the human man with the human heart and goodness.

So no, Clark dosent belong with s powerful Amazon, with perfect beauty who can chuck cars and has great powers and who is practically a Godess who is beyond man, but Lois, who is a down to earth, tough as nails but heartfull all too human woman, because at his core that is who Clark Kent truly is and always will be.

I'm confused. How has Wonder Woman not experienced loss? In this reboot the amazons are human, not immortal. She's lost her mother and her entire people, but she hasn't experienced human loss?? It seems to me that she's experienced the same type of loss that Superman has.
