The artwork and story so far have been nothing short of spectacular for me. I'm a huge GL fan and the week I picked up War Of The Green Lantern prelude, Ultimate Captain America, Death Of Spiderman and Brightest Day, this was the best book by far! Only the latest issues of War Of The Green Lanterns has rivalled the first issue of Fear Itself for me.

I can't wait to see where this goes!

@grif
Agree

@Nephillim
1. Thor brought Odin back from Valhalla. He was "dead".

2. However, the Asgardians cannot really die, when they die they go to a different realm Valhalla/Hel.

3. Odin was not pleased with Thor, wanting to stay on earth, instead he reconstructed the realm Asgard ..

4. There is some ancient prophecy, a pantheon of gods coming back (I belive) the hammer-cosplayers have something to do with this prophecy.

Just read the first issue of The Mighty Thor released this week. However it seems TMT #1 takes place before the events in Fear Itself 1 and after the events in the last Thor issue (621). Between that is. Asgard is still on earth.

@ Nephillim: Thor had the Odinforce and the Thorforce thus his powers surpassed even Odins @ the time. That is how he Rebuilt Asgard and brought back Odin who then was given his powers again.

There not just Gods, "The Worthy" so far have been a series of individuals that have picked up hammers that have fallen from the sky, summoned by the Serpent/God of Fear. When "The Worthy" Lift the Hammer, they Transform as seen above. These are "The Worthy" Below.

@Nephillim
He did bring them all back, including Loki. Odin actually didn't want to be brought back, instead he was quite content living the same day all over again and again, fighting, in all eternity.

@ThaMessenger07.
Nice!

I'm disturbed by one thing -- the grammar in the headline. "Marvel have"? Marvel HAVE"?! "Has!" Marvel is a single entity it HAS!

Yeesh.

p.s. Loki does kinda look female.
