By the hoary hosts of Hoggoth! The very first teaser trailer for Marvel's Doctor Strange debuted last night to a generally positive response, and now USA Today has released the following featurette.

Though it doesn't contain any new footage from the movie, we do get an insight into what what Kevin Feige and director Scott Derrickson had in mind when deciding to adapt this mystical character for the screen. Plus, though he doesn't actually appear in the vid, star Benedict Cumberbatch shares some thoughts on the possibly difficult-to-like at first Steven Strange.

“He’s enraged by the mumbo jumbo he gets hit with until he’s catapulted into the reality of that world, and then the teachings begin, as they say,” says Cumberbatch, adding that he’s never played a character with so many obstacles thrown his way. “I hope you root for him.”
