SO, we've all heard how Michael Fassbender is in the production, honestly, I'm glad he's in it, and he's a good actor.

HOWEVER, I do not want him playing Altair, cause I'm spoiled, and if any person was going to be played right. He would be a brilliant Templar main villain, but not Altair.


For the character of Altiar, my choose way back when was Jim Caveziel

NOW as for why, for one, if people are seriously casting Michael Fassbender for the role who looks nothing like Altair (in my opinion) I'd prefer someone else of advanced years who fits the role.

Now I understand that he is 40 or so now, however he still plays people in their 30's, as where Michael Fassbender IS in his plus 30's.

And if that doesn't pan out, he could always be an older version of Altiar

So if that choice does not swing through due to age, my second choice presently is Starkiller's Sam Witwer, he has the personality down, and can do the stunts easily, as well as have that killer instinct/feel to him on camera.

Now for his counterpart in our Century, Desmond Miles, descendant of Altiar in the line of assassins. I choose Shalim Ortiz from HEROES.

Now for the character of Lucy Stillman, who else but her voice and likeness: Kristen Bell.

For her boss, the evil Prof. Warren Vidic, I choose Jonathan Pryce.

For Altair's mentor back in the crusades, I choose the infamous Ian McShane as Al Maulim

For the former Templar and later love of Altair, the Maiden Knight Maria Thorpe, I choose Lucy Griffiths from BBC's Robin Hood

for Altair's former one armed partner, I choose Oscar Isaac as Malik.

for the Templar's leader, the Ruthless French Knight Roberte De Sable, I choose Mark Strong.
