So,basically Dr.Manhatten sees his future and wants to change it.He sees that he'll die in a few days if he doesnt leave.
So he teleports to the earth-2 universe in the DC multiverse He sees how messed up it is. In a few minutes he's blasting away at people he thinks
earth-two could do without. Soon Spectre shows up and says "You are killing people,and cuaseing riots.You must pay!"
"Please,if we engage in combat,you will simply die." Dr.Manhatten says.

Thanks for commenting Superboyprime1.So far id actualy have to say Spectre would win. He has ways of accessing the spiritual world. Manhatten can only bend reality.

Actually Specture can do WAY more than huant people with there sins. He can melt peoples arms for crying out loud.
Manhatten can only manipulate reality,Spectre can do more than that,and technically is a spirit not part of manhattens reality,he could torture manhatten,and not be touched. But thanks for commenting.
