wish that welling was in a Supes costume, otherwise really, really good :D If I was more of a Superman fan I'd love to have that hanging on my wall :)

EPIC! Even though I hate Cain and Welling, having Reeve and Routh there makes me forget about them. Besides, Superman is my favorite character of all time and I guess you had to put them there as you were doing ALL the Supermen. Ever thought about doing a Batman one?

Cain is actually very good as Superman in my opinion. His voice could be deeper, but he's okay. None of the others could beat Christopher Reeve, though. I think none will. Ever.

@Orehrepus- Cool ur giving Cain some props! Ya I am one of the few who prefers his Supes over Reeve's Supes lol rare I know :P Cain's version was just the most engaging for me. Very relatable for a SUPERMAN

Superman1591: I agree G.Reeves wasnt that bad he
looked AWFUL ,but still..

Reeve was a CORNY SUPERMAN I thought I was the
only one on this site who thought so!!

I liked Routh just wish the movie had've been better
he's never going to live that down!!

Dean Cain to me was the best portrayal of Clark,Superman,
and his costume was the best!! He wasnt the most phyiscal
his voice was kinda weak and he performed with a
limited budget. All and ALL his CLARK had confidence
and his SUPERMAN was SURE and HEROIC if we could get
those elements on the big screen with the right look
and DEAN CAIN's take on the character we'd have a WINNER!!

Dean Cain will always be the sexiest Superman/Clark Kent. Unless someone figures out a magic spell to pull Michael Turners art into reality, it'll always be Dean. *sigh* Why do people have to age?

And technically, Welling is "The Blur." I'm a Smallville fan but he hasn't really been Superman. Not really.

Cain was never Superman to me. He doesn't even look like Superman, except the dark hair (with no curl). Chris Reeve was the best Superman period.

@Access- Why remove Welling from the pic? In my opinion he has more of a right to be in it than stupid Routh. Suit or not- Welling has been Clark Kent for 10 YEARS. Routh was Superman in ONE failed film...big deal.

I am fed up with all the bias from routhbootists. Face the facts- ROUTH AINT RETURNING. Good riddance to BAD rubbish I say.

@Blade4040- I think the only thing we can ever agree on is the fact that Dean Cain was the best Superman/Clark EVER. He was sure of himself...very modern and all around the MOST believable. A true hero.

Routh SUCKED. Chris Reeve I got tired of.

great pic of all the actors except for Welling because he hasnt been Superman yet, hopefully will see him wearing the iconic suit before Smallville's last episode. sorry haters but no matter how many actors play the role of Superman, Christopher Reeve will always be the one true Superman because he brought that character to life out of a comic book, I'm not sayn the other actors didnt do the same for the character like George Reeves, Dean Cain and Brandon Routh, because they did a great job with the iconic character. However It wasnt the same as the way Christopher Reeve did for the character.

IMO Dean Cain played the best Clark Kent. His Superman was very different compared to Christoper Reeve's Superman because Dean Cain's Clark Kent was the real person/character and Superman was the face. I really hope dispite Geoff Johns retold Superman Orgin story and the reboot Superman movie thats on its way into production, I hope they still try and keep some of that elements for the character base of off John Brynes Man of Steel Superman story because IMO it made the character a little more human, and some conflect in his stories then making the character dumb clumsy Clark Kent and perfect Superman all the time, becuase its been done way too many times.
