WB already seems to be on the right track with Superman. I'm very excited for Man of Steel.
I think Flash could have some really great action moments in a JL movie.

Wonder Woman's New 52 costume has been a big improvement, in my opinion. It really helps differentiate her from Superman, and I think this color scheme really brings out the warrior side of the character.
Aquaman is no joke. Especially not since the New 52. His lore has been greatly deepened by Geoff Johns run. I could honestly see a Justice League movie using the Atlanteans as a central plot-point.
Hal Jordan is my favorite superhero, and I really hope they get him right this time around. I believe they should go for a bit of an armory look to the Green Lantern costume.
Oh, and please let Hal have a little fun with the ring this time around!
Honestly, I don't really want Martian Manhunter in the first movie, but I do think he'd be PERFECT for an after-the-credits reveal.
It's about time to get a little grey/silver in a Batman movie costume.
I really do want Cyborg in this movie, but I think they should cast a young and relatively unknown actor. I hope his costume looks something like this statue from the JL Six Flags ride:
