I introduced ALPHA FLIGHT in my “MORE-ACCURATE X-MEN FANCAST”
so here's the natural transition...ALPHA FLIGHT in their very own movie!
ALPHA FLIGHT got their own comic book series AUGUST, 1983, drawn & written by
the comic legend JOHN BYRNE. Canada's very own super-group.
They were first introduced in APRIL, 1979, in THE UNCANNY X-MEN # 120.
Now I introduced ALPHA FLIGHT in my last X-MEN III FANCAST and I
used part of the beginning of ALPHA FLIGHT'S own series. This first of
my ALPHA FLIGHT movie fancasts would include their beginning in the
CANADIAN government's top secret DEPARTMENT H with the guy by the
name of “LOGAN” as one of the first ALPHAN'S, WOLVERINE. Department
H was named after CAPTAIN JAMES McDONALD “MAC” HUDSON
(VINDICATOR with the powersuit) who began the top secret department.
Here, I would have ALPHA FLIGHT incorporating (like in the comics) the
BETA FLIGHT group, who attacked ALPHA FLIGHT & THE X-MEN in my
X-MEN III FANCAST, BOX, DIAMOND LIL, FLASHBACK, SMART ALEC
& WILD CHILD, into their now private citizen ALPHA FLIGHT. The robot
android DELPHINE COURTNEY had a mind-control device that she forced
the members of BETA FLIGHT into attacking ALPHA FLIGHT. MAC
HUDSON gave them a full-pardon and welcomed them into ALPHA FLIGHT.
THE STORY:
NIGHTMARE'S daughter DREAMQUEEN desires to escape her pocket
dimension, “LIVEWORLD” in the worst damn way and come to earth's
dimension to enthrall all the denizens of earth under her dominion.
LIVEWORLD, where LAURA DEAN (PATHWAY) of GAMMA FLIGHT has
hidden her beast-like mutant sister, GOBLYN, since they were young and
people tried to destroy GOBLYN because of her monstrous appearance.
LAURA made people believe she could shapeshift into GOBLYN when all she
was doing is switching places with GOBLYN.
DREAMQUEEN tries to extort LAURA DEAN into helping her get to earth's
dimension by threatening her sister in “LIVEWORLD” but LAURA gets
ALPHA FLIGHT to help her against DREAMQUEEN. Then DREAM-
QUEEN fools CHINA FORCE into attacking ALPHA FLIGHT by making
CHINA FORCE believe they are still in their homeland fighting to defend
their country from ALPHA FLIGHT'S “INVASION”, when it's actually
LIVEWORLD.
But ALPHA FLIGHT is too superior to CHINA FORCE and they defeat
them soundly. CHINA FORCE presently has only four members left of what
used to be the full twelve members of the CHINESE ZODIAK. Thus they're
out-manned.
CHINA FORCE was attempting to bring DEI GUAN, JADE DRAGON,
a mutant Chinese man who can shapeshift into a green dragon, back to
CHINA. PUCK was trying to help DEI GUAN reach freedom from CHINA,
that is the reason for CHINA FORCE and JADE DRAGON being involved.
In the meantime, during her planned-diversion by CHINA FORCE, DREAMQUEEN
somehow gets pathway to transport her to earth.
Now ALPHA FLIGHT must defeat DREAMQUEEN on earth and somehow
force her back to LIVEWORLD!
AND THE BATTLE RAGES.....

ALPHA FLIGHT:
TAHMOH is of half BRITISH, half Aboriginal Canadian descent from the
WHITE RIVER FIRST NATION in the YUKON. He's a big tough leader-type
and about as CANADIAN” as it gets! I would say absolutely perfect to
play the leader of ALPHA FLIGHT, Canada's “AVENGERS”!
