Brazilian self-taught artist, Victor Hugo (28 years old) has been creating 3D illustrated art since 2005. I was around 6 months ago that he took a challenge in creating this short fan-made Street Fighter animation in which he was incredibly passionate about. It is also worth noting that Victor has won many awards for his art such as: CGTalk Choice Award (3x), CGArena.com Excelence Award (3x), It's ART, Magazine Hall of Fame (3x), 3DTotal Excelence Award (4x), CGHub Gold Award (3x).
