The man of steel one looks kinda cartoonish but the doomsday one is pretty cool! But you know if the doomsday stories is told you can't have the sheild without the iconic fist punching straight through the middle of it.

your obsession with Cavill and Routh is kinda getting creepy. I wouldn't be suprised if you stalk them or something. ;)

Dave @ People are born with a natural color palette. When you start changing hair color, you change the way their natural skin tone looks with that given palette and it can look very odd. I worked image, wardrobing and makeup in the tv and ad industry years ago and it can make a big difference. That is why you will see that many actors don't change their hair color, because it won't look natural on screen.

When I say feminine, I am not speaking about his build. I suggest you research Cavill a little more. He is viewed by many as being feminine in his mannerisms and personality and due to that, there are have been many rumors regarding his "preference". Not that his preference matters one way or the other, but I really prefer having a strong masculine, red blooded guy playing Supes. Not a wimpy guy pretending to be tough. It didn't work with Reeves for me and it definitely wouldn't work for Cavill for me. I don't think most people who are voting are that familiar with him and are going by seeing him play one role or by his looks.

Dave@ You're not getting it. 22 or 27, he is too feminine. Read blogs and articles on Cavill. Many think he is gay because of his feminine mannerisms. It has been questioned for some time and whether he is or isn't doesn't matter, it's the fact people view him in that way and I don't care to have a Superman who is seen in that way. That's just me. That's why I didn't like Reeves as Superman. I don't care how much muscle he puts on, that isn't going to change what I am concerned about.

Dave, thanks for explaining the "Should" part, but NO, he should NOT be in the Reboot movie IMO. It is quite amusing to see brandon routh fans continue to fantasize and wish he should be in the next movie, but I guess that is just what the poll is...a fantasy. I only meant to comment on the posters but got distracted with the silly poll.
