This is an exclusive club and who better to nominate the LCBMV than you guys who have grown up reading their stories? Now, these characters themselves are not lame but their big screen adaptations have certainly prompted a lot of "WTF" expressions from comic book fans. Keep in mind, a villain you thought to be awesome sauce could also happen to be the most disgusting and downright appalling villain ever so dont get into a fit if you see one of your beloved characters on the list. THIS IS NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST!
Who will win the title? Cloud fart Galactus? The always wailing/moaning Hector Hammond? Or that character who was supposed to be Jean Grey/Phoenix but really wasn't? O_O
Lets get to voting!

Cloud Galactus - FF4: Rise of The Silver Surfer

Mr. Freeze - Batman and Robin

Blackheart - Ghostrider

Jigsaw - Punisher:Warzone

Hector Hammond - Green Lantern

Octopus - The Spirit

Doctor Doom - Fantastic Four

Harvey Dent/Two Face - Batman Forever

Penguin - Batman Returns

Bullseye - Dare Devil

Jean Grey/Phoenix - X3

Lex Luthor - Superman Returns

Venom - Spider Man: The Musical (i keed).

Thanks to my super duper awesome WAYLON JONES for that amaze balls gif. :D

I actually liked Dr. Doom from the movies. I don't think he was bad. Plus Julian McMahon actually read and loved the comics when he was a kid. But the Hector "Constantly screaming at the top of my lungs" Hammond was at the top of my list!

Venom was a complete shambles. None of the intiguing anti-hero complex where he believes himself to be the superhero and Spider-Man his villain, none of his messed up morality complex, none of his great lines such as 'We are Venom!' Ugh, makes me mad just thinking about it...

haha, good list. I hated most of em, exceptions being Bullseye and Spacey's Luthor. Also, although Phoenix wasn't THE Phoenix from the comic Famke Jannsen actually gave a great performance in that movie so that excludes her from my vote..also The Penguin, completely different character from the comic but great performance from De Vito. I'm actually going to have to go with Blackheart. Bentley was beyond awful, at least Arnie was Arnie!

Blackheart pissed me off. Lets take a bad ass demon and make him look like the lead singer to some angst teenage puss band, like Fallout Boy.

By the way, Selina, for the Penguin he's from "Batman Returns" and I for one loved Devito's take on him.

ToughGrappler@ How in blue hell can you say Loki was bad, he was one of the best performances in that movie! I bet you thought Hector Hammond was better than Joker from the Dark Knight didn't you!

Decisions, decisions. But if I had to pick, it's Venom. Also Hammond, but mostly Venom bar none.

bullseye was one of the best parts of the DareDevil Flick.

Director's Cut Rocks.

as to the poll, they all bugged me.

But my hate is partial to femke's phoenix, Galactus cloud & Foreman.

Bullseye was the best thing about Daredevil.

Kevin Spacey was the best thing about Superman Returns.

I, personally, loved the cloud Galactus. I mean...much more imposing than a tall guy in a ridiculous hat and pink & blue outfit.

Penguin belongs nowhere near this list. Legit should be on a "Best Villains" list.

Also how dare you put my man Sam Jackson on any list with the words "Lame" in it. GO THE [frick] TO SLEEP.

Ahnold wins.

Is the Director's Cut of DareDevil really that good, i have been hearing that lately? I may have to pick it up.

Now that is one great collection of shit. Hard to choose. Venom, Galactus Fart, and Blackheart were all pretty horrendous. Mr. Freeze was a joke, but I don't think that movie was taking him serious anyways. I guess I'd have to go with Venom w/Topher Grace's voice. That was some real pretty shit, there.

TBH, I've got some sypathy for cloud Galactus. It was lame, but Galactus is a very difficult character to adapt. Cloud Galactus should have a fight with Blob Parallax. I voted for Mr. Freeze. I find it ridiculos that both he and Two-Face are portrayed much more seriously in BTAS than they are in Batman and Robin and Batman Forever respectively. Mr. Freeze was just in a league of his own though.

If I had to choose the lamest,I'll go with Mr. Freeze from Batman & Robin.Personally I think the (lame) portrayal of the character wasn't completelly Arnold's fault,I blame the writers and the hack of a director that movie had.

I voted for Venom simply because he was a childhood fave of mine, he coulda been absolutely deadly, but then we got the guy from [frick]in' That 70's Show.

Still gives me shivers.

I'd say Mr. Freeze, he's such an embarrassment and Kevin Spacey shouldn't be there he was a great Lex, minus the stupid plot he was given.

And Brashlight the director's cut really does make the movie so much better and appealing.
Stumblin
Stumblin - 6/29/2011, 8:05 AM
Director's Cut of Dare Devil is still shit. So they added a few F-bombs and honestly I'm not sure if it's because I haven't seen the theatrical release in a while but I didn't notice anything new about the Director's Cut version.

Still has all those horrible fight scenes and acting. [frick] that movie. :D

I voted Mr. Freeze, Blackheart would be number 2. I also thought that Penguin, Bullseye were very good and Phoenix was pretty good.

Stumblin, the Director's cut was 20 minutes longer, I'm not a huge defender of Daredevil but I thought the movie was decent. Middle of the pack when it comes to CBMs imo.

Hector Hammond.

A [frick]ing biology teacher/pedophile-look-alike.

I couldn't help but laugh seeing him, especially laying down next Hal.

Don't get me started about his wardrobe...
