Peter walks out of the room and he overhears.

Peter is on the phone to Dr Conners.
Peter: Dr Conners, Harry is feeling really sick, we must have had something that was off last night, so we thought we might sit today out, ok?

We see him walk inside and we see him taking the test.
we then see Conners saying good bye to the class.
