There was the title screen that was an Easter egg to the 'Fantastic Four' by having 'Fantastic Four' plastered on the screen, so there's that...

@HeavensWarrior

Doom was on screen for ~ 4 minutes of the entire movie, and Ultron was a much better villain and way more developed

@HeavensWarrior

Wow, so I guess you liked Doom huh? I thought he was good for his first 3 minutes then the rest of the movie happened.
At least Ultron could hold an audiences attention.

@DrKinsolving

My late night poop is more developed than Dr. Doom.

I still think Ultron could have used a lot of work. He's definitely not a top 5 CBM villain.

That ending where that beam is shooting up, is that going to lead them to an Infinity gem?

Someone asked in the theater how this will be tied to Infinity War.

Well that an unusually low amount of references and Easter eggs.

@rolandetrigan

Because of the Box Office. Fantastic Four is bombing, TASM and MOS both did well at the Box Office. It would take a lot to convince execs and shareholders to make a Fant4stic sequel

I don't know why you would want to adapt the inferior version of something to the big screen.

Ultron was one big joke in Avengers.
Doom was awful though.

The difference is both TASM and MOS made a profit.

"Someone asked in the theater how this will be tied to Infinity War."

So... someone was "in the know" enough to be aware of the title for the next Avengers movie but not enough to know this isn't Marvel Studios?
LEVITIKUZ
LEVITIKUZ - 8/11/2015, 8:16 AM
After rewatching Batman Returns, Penguin is no doubt a top 5 CBM villain.

Everything about him is perfection. He's like a twisted version of Moses in some ways that is no doubt an influence given the opening credits.

@Abary

I think people just see Marvel and think everything's connected. Hell they think that with all superheroes.

It's why people thought Thanos was Hellboy at the end of Avengers 1.

@ManCalledSting

Nah I told them that blue light that shot from the grond was the same blue light tech Zod used in MOS and the way Thanos is gonna invade Earth is by using the same blue light tech Doom and Zod used LOL
