New FANTASTIC FOUR Featurette Includes Tons Of Revealing New 'Reed Richards' Footage

Fox has been recycling a lot of the same old footage in featurettes and promos for Fantastic Four lately, but this latest preview includes minutes of new scenes depicting Reed Richards (Miles Teller) at various stages throughout his life, including some N-Zone shots. Check it out!

With a little over a week to go until Josh Trank's Fantastic Four reboot hits the big screen, it's about time Fox start winning over skeptical fans. Some fresh footage would help, and while it's nice that they haven't given too much away (Doctor Doom remains a mystery), it wouldn't hurt to get people pumped with something new. Luckily, this latest featurette for the movie shows off lots of new Reed Richards scenes, from his childhood experiments to joining the Baxter Institute and travelling deep into the N-Zone. FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.


Fantastic Four stars Miles Teller as Mr. Fantastic, Kate Mara as The Invisible Woman, Michael B. Jordan as The Human Torch, Jamie Bell as The Thing, and Toby Kebbell as Victor Domashev/Doctor Doom. Reviews online aren't gonna be released until 4pm PST on day before it opens. Print papers etc. can't post review until day of release, ouch! This has train-wreck written all over it!

Aaahhh Kurt, always the optimistic, I can dig that :)...I'm a lot like you in that respect. Further, I really don't 'dislike' any CBM I've seen, I can find good in all of them, even GL, TASM 2, origFF and FFSS, etc...so I'm not concerned, I'll see this, probably enjoy it, but won't be bustin' the door down opening night like I do for all MCU movies and will for the DCEU flicks...

As much as im looking 4ward (get it?) to this movie, I cant help but wonder if it has a good amount of action. I mean the Tim Story movies had really lame action and Trank did make Chronicle which had some clever use of the powers. Maybe theyre holding the good bits like they did for DOFP

Nice video. Teller looks to be a great fit for the role of a younger Reed Richards. Has that air of intelligence.

Just found out that I can't see this movie until the second weekend though. Damn cousin getting married. Can't turn down an open bar, though. Hey Gusto, free Bud Light!!!

Only tracking report I've seen is from ProBoxOffice. They've got it at $50 million domestic, with an overall take of $118 domestic. Sounds about right for opening weekend, but I think the overall will be a little higher, probably $130-$150 million.
