Bruce Willis Officially Starts Negotiations For G.I. Joe: Retaliation

Bruce Willis has now officially began negotiations to star in the upcoming Jon Chu directed G.I. Joe sequel, G.I. Joe: Retaliation.

Earlier it was reported that Paramount was looking at Bruce Willis for a role in the upcoming G.I. Joe film G.I. Joe: Retaliation. Now according to The Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision Willis has officially entered in to talks to play General Joe Colton the very firs G.I. Joe.



Reports Heat Vision:

Bruce Willis in talks to join the cast of Paramount’s G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation, with the veteran action actor marked to play the original Joe.

Willis, if a deal comes together, would play General Joe Colton, the man who in 1980s comic books starts the G.I. Joe strike team, called the ultimate freedom fighting force, and got the handle G.I. Joe.


G.I. Joe: Retaliation star Channing Tatum, Ray Parks, Byung-hun Lee, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Adrianne Palicki, and will be released on June 29, 2012.
