It looks like we might have our first look at the new logo for the upcoming "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" movie.

Hisstank.com is reporting that this might be the logo for the new G.I. Joe movie. It is no secret that the first movie, while making plenty of money, did not sit well with fans of the toyline. Hopefully the second movie with the addition of The Rock and Bruce Willis can turn the ship around before it permanently "Shipwrecks" itself - see what I did there?

Today via the official casting site for GI Joe 2 Retaliation we can bring you a first look at what may turn out to be the Official GI Joe 2 Retaliation Movie Logo. The usual caveats apply until Hasbro or Paramount confirm!




G.I. Joe: Retaliation stars, Dwayne Johnson, Bruce Willis, Channing Tatum, Ray Stevenson, Adrianne Palicki, Ray Park, and RZA. It hits theaters June 29, 2012.

I might go see this film, but Marlon Wayans was the main reason I saw the first... he has been "pardoned", so now I have to find something to like about this one... ah forget it! The 2 slashes will work-

Im sorry but Marlon Wayans was the WORST in the first one GI JOE !! I heard of humorous jokes in movies but not in GI-JOE LIKE THAT!! I just can not take him serious in movies like this and he proved me right! The best parts he had was in the suit running and in the jet plane at the end and thats all !!! I think he killed the movie with his corny jokes!!! Reviews from the movie Worst Supporting Actor nominee: Marlon Wayans NUFF SAID!!

I can't see this movie being nearly as successful as it's terrible predecessor. The first one has such a bad reputation now that it may hurt this films box office. However it does come out semi-early in the middle of a packed summer so that could help it.

they should give snake eyes more time and make him kick ass,that will surely work as it did for x-men with focus on wolverine.

I don't know why everyone hated the first one so bad. IMHO I think it was awesome.

The accelerator suits, Snake Eyes, the bad ass gadgetry... I liked the whole thing. Marlon Wayans was the only thing questionable to me but he didn't affect my opinion of the film overall.

Anybody know what's going on with the bad guys in this movie? It seems like Eccleston and JGL aren't coming back, so are they recasting or what?

I really hope they don't leave the Cobra Commander in prison the whole movie, that would be lame.
