DIGGLE GOES AFTER DEADSHOT — Amanda Waller (guest star Cynthia Addai-Robinson) sends A.R.G.U.S. agents to kidnap Diggle (David Ramsey). Waller informs Diggle that Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) has gone missing after following a lead on Deadshot (guest star Michael Rowe) in Moscow. When Diggle tells the team he’s headed to Russia to rescue Lyla, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) decide to join, but things get messy when Isabel (guest star Summer Glau) shows up on the tarmac and insists on joining Oliver’s “work trip.” Meanwhile, Moira’s (Susanna Thompson) lawyer, Jean (guest star Teryl Rothery), tells Thea (Willa Holland) that dating Roy (Colton Haynes), a known criminal, is hurting her mother’s case. Guy Bee directed the episode written by Ben Sokolowski & Beth Schwartz.

Love how we're all commenting on EP3 here just because there's no thread for it yet. My roommates ran upstairs to see if I was ok after I screamed like a schoolgirl. Not only are Ra's and l.o.a. on the way, but did you all see the name of the ship at the end of the flashback? AMAZO!!!

I freaked the [frick] out when I saw the black hooded dude. And then when he mentioned Ra's, I literally bursted out with water with my mouth. I was WTF? This does mean they are tying it with DCCU? I mean they can't have two Ra's in film and television? If we are establishing a new Batman, then most likely we are getting a new Ra's. Boy oh boy! :D and suicide squad and ARGUS and Waller! And Flash! Now CAST HAL JORDAN ALREADY GOD DAMMIT. And JOHN STEWART TOO. Make him a friend of Diggle!

I hate what the New 52 has done to Amanda Waller. She is supposed to be short, overweight, unattractive, menacing. You would be scared when she gets in your elevator. It's like, "Oh, crap! Here comes The Wall."

And now she's basically a supermodel.

No surprise, the new portrayal has rolled over to live-action. Cynthia Addai-Robinson is WAY too hot to be playing Waller. Don't get me wrong. I love the pretty ladies. But this ain't MY Amanda! Now someone get me an audiotape of CCH Pounder.

Agent Green you obviously never read a comic because you probably only saw fat Waller from JLU cartoon. There's been a whole bunch of versions if Waller, skinny, fat, short, and tall. Yep who cares.

@Rokyn The original Waller was short and pudgy. I think she slimmed up over the years but she's always been overweight until new 52, which is what AgentGreen was getting at.

Arrow is winning. Arrow is the best thing DC has put out since the Dark Knight trilogy and they'd be fools not to include it in their DCCU.

I'm upset with myself that I haven't watched any of arrow yet and now reading about Ra's and deadshot and all the other awesomeness I'm literally about to punch my face with Netflix so I can absorb this show and catch up with y'all lol

Arrow is hands down, the best. Agents of Shield, I am sorry to say this, but damnit whedon, stop recycling past projects and adding unnecessary "comedic" banter and maybe, just maybe you can bring AoS to an Arrow level.

Now we need a stand alone Green Arrow film based on SUPERMAX, if we are denied the film, at least give us an entire season based on SUPERMAX.

Love this show.
