Debuting at New York Comic-Con, check out this amazing action-packed Arrow sizzle reel featuring plenty of glimpses of upcoming villains and heroes such as John Barrowman's "Well-Dressed Man", Jessica de Gouw as Helena Bertinelli, Deathstroke, Michael Rowe as Deadshot, The Royal Flush Gang's bank heist and more of Kelly Hu's China White, who debuts next week.




NEW YORK (October 14, 2012) — Fresh off its triumphant series premiere which was the most-watched new show debut on The CW Network in over three years and also the most-watched telecast of any kind on the network in three years, the new series Arrow (Wednesdays 8/7c on The CW) struck a Gotham bulls-eye today during its first-ever appearance at New York Comic Con.

I am very impressed with the series so far after being a little worried about the no super powers direction. I really hope it lasts at least 22 episodes. I just wonder why Warner Bros keeps releasing Arrow trailers in less than SD quality?

Looked like Ollie smacked or kicked Deathstroke in the knee causing him to fall to the ground but so did Ollie, and I liked when it showed Deathstroke torturing Ollie.

The Deathstroke episode SHOULD be their crowning achievement.

Wish they'd make a grittier TV series of Daredevil. Darker, violent, and deep plots that revolves around the organized crime in Hell's Kitchen, the Main Villain/Antagonist: The Kingpin. Love interest: Elektra. Guest stars other Marvel Knights and Assassins such as The Punisher or Deadpool. That would be awesome! Just thinking about it gives me a pre-geek-gasm.lol

Deathstroke, Deadshot and Royal Flush Gang all look fantastic!!!

A fanboy's wet-dream lol.

Seriously though, Deadshot looked fantastic too, his red eye aiming looked cool. Deathstroke of course looks epic. Royal Flush Gang look great, love how real-world they look yet still comicbook-y with their masks somewhat. And the scene of the Royal Flush Gang robbing the bank reminded me a bit of when the Joker and his gang robbed a bank in The Dark Knight film!!!

CherryBomb@ Yes, I hate the no powers thing as well. I am liking the show after the first episode, but that may change moving forward, depending on how watered down the other characters are.

@Ranger14- I think Deathstroke looks pretty dead-on. Even if they "water" him down with not giving him his healing-factor, pre-cog, or other heightened abilities i'm ok with it because Deathstroke always seemed the MOST real-world to me anyway. He's a mercenary assassin who doesn't even really fit in with most typical DC characters due to the fact that he's so dark in nature and has tons of weapons. Deathstroke i'm guessing in Arrow will be the world's top assassin still. Just maybe minus the heightened abilities, immortality and healing factor which is fine.

nice trailer ..... i just hope they do some improvement in the sound of gunshots... it sounded weird...(may be it was a silencer one....). if thats the case then its fine... overall the trailer is good... cant wait...

If you look closely at the fight scene between GREEN ARROW and DEATHSTROKE, the GREEN ARROW isn't OLIVER QUEEN, but an asian guy with a beard.

@DGTZ If that's the case maybe it's Natas, the guy who trained Deathstroke. Ollie hired him to train him in hand-to-hand combat during the whole One Year Later event, and that then led to a confrontation between GA and Deathstroke.

@LP4- if you look closely at both scenes where they show DEATHSTROKE torturing OLIVER and the scene of GREEN ARROW fighting DEATHSTROKE, you would see that they're the same scene/sequence but cut into 2 parts. Which means DEATHSTROKE isn't fighting a stunt double because OLIVER is still changed up when DEATHSTROKE fights GREEN ARROW.
