A few days ago Stephen Amell went to his Facebook page and had a Q&A session with his fans. He began the discussion by saying that he is incredibly excited about the opportunity, and will be heading off to Vancouver very soon for filming. He is currently only halfway done with his training, but jokingly described all the immense pain that he has endured as "erotic."

Also take notice that Stephen is covering his head with a winter cap. Perhaps he is covering up some newly dyed blonde locks?

1:00 - He describes the training process for Arrow.
3:58 - Describes the pilot process that Arrow will most likely go through.
5:18 - Switching to a gluten and dairy free diet in preparation for Arrow.
6:38 - Stephen reveals that he has seen his Arrow gear (costume).
14:20 - His thoughts on the casting announcements of late, and he believes there is still one more major role to be filled.

After watching this video I think Henry Cavill might have a new challenger for most likeable actor in a superhero role. How great and down-to-earth was Stephen? I'll definitely give this show a chance. Hollywood needs more actors like this.

Stephen Amell added this photo on his Facebook page of him having a molding made of his head. Perhaps this if for a certain superhero that likes to don a hood while fighting crime? Hmmm

CW's Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, Katie Cassidy as Dinah “Laurel” Lance, Susanna Thompson as Moira Queen, and David Ramsey as John Diggle.

Seriously? So much better heroes in the DCU to make a feasible show about. This will be made dirt cheap I bet.

Idk why you guys are hating on Green Arrow I mean jeez. Yeah sure he might not be the greatest hero in the DCU but I liked the comics when I was a kid, and plus Green Arrow was my influence to pick up the sport of Archery so its like I'm all happy that they are making this show. And plus Katie Cassidy has always looked hot to me so if shes in the show I'll watch it even more.

Um, nah. It wasn't on CW I'd maybe give it a chance, but after the clusterf*ck that was "Smallville", I'll sit this one out.

Gonna check it out. I watched Smallville for 10 years religiously and I will watch the BB and this as long as its running. Hopefully it lasts longer than The Cape (facepalm)

I'm hoping the pilot will be picked up. I love that the show will be grounded and more realistic.

i have always liked the archers, green arrow / hawk eye. They never get much love though. Hawkeye's stories have never been that good exept some of them in ultimate. maybe because he is a killing machine in that universe, but he was lame when he left the bow and grabbed a couple of guns.

Green arrow has had a few good stories, but also alot of shitty ones. I really hope they stay true to the character, even though i dont think they will by the sounds of some of the casting. namely Dinah, who is suppose to be black canary, but i dont think she will be in the tv series.

Interesting...

Remember, Oliver Queen is a playboy billionaire, much like Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark. With Bruce Wayne so restricted by copyrights (similar to Smallvilles Clark Kent), CW has picked the best choice for their newest 'Superhero Drama'.

I will watch the pilot for sure, but if i sucks, my interest stops there lol.

A lot of bitching about a network rather than a genuine complaint about the actual performance of the show is making some look like the asshats they apparently are :D

i think if the show actually last 2 or 3 seasons will get to see black canary. just like their forshadowing his sister eventually being speedy. and who knows we might eventually see more dc characters as it gose on as well. if the show last that long that is.....will see. i hope so.

As long as it doesn't take him 10 seasons to even CONSIDER wearing a costume, we're off to a good start :)
