OLIVER MEETS THE CANARY — Oliver (Stephen Amell) discovers a man who goes by the name “The Mayor” (guest star Cle Bennett) is bringing illegal guns in to The Glades, so Oliver sponsors a “Cash for Guns” event to help clean up the city. Unfortunately, The Mayor crashes the event with his gang and seriously injures Sin (guest star Bex Taylor-Klaus). The Canary (Caity Lotz) is furious when she learns her friend is in the hospital and sets out for revenge. Meanwhile, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) stuns Oliver with a bit of information about the Canary, Donner (guest star Dylan Bruce) asks Laurel (Katie Cassidy) to dinner, and Diggle (David Ramsey) reconnects with an old friend. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Andrew Kreisberg & Wendy Mericle.

They're really not letting anyone know who Ra's al ghul is until the episode airs.

They have already mentioned a connection to Gotham.

In the first season when Oliver has "Matt Istook" handcuffed to train tracks. Oliver says "Now it's time to tell me the truth or it's time for the 1015 to Bludhaven"

Roy will probably get killed off in the future as Red Arrow, then Thea will become speedy.

"Cash for guns"? Ugh. Those never work. Sorry, Mr. Queen but not everyone is highly combat trained with millions of dollars to spare. Sometimes a shotgun or revolver is all they have to protect their homes and their loved ones.

Other than that, I'm loving season 2. Plenty of action.

Bringing Ras al'Gul into the Arrow world is a huge deal if they are going to combine the DC TV universe with the DC movies, which I hope they do. Seems pointless to me to develop these characters on TV only to not use them in the cinematic universe.

Affleck and Cavill can carry the lower level acting of Amell and Gustin.

This show is getting good, better than last season for sure. Just wondering why this site don't follow shows like Tomorrow People, Continuum, and Grimm.I think all 3 are better than AOS and Arrow.
