UPDATE: Stephen Amell's Parkour Training for CW's ARROW
In order for Stephen to become a superhero for his upcoming television series inspired by Green Arrow, he has been partaking in a strict training regiment. In particular he has been learning the art of parkour.

Stephen Amell has been performing parkour runs at Tempest Freerunning Academy. A prestigious training facility that teaches the art of moving around obstacles with speed and efficiency. The participants will be taught physical skills such as vaulting, rolling, running, climbing and jumping.
