n a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. thank god they discarded the white gloves, yes they´re classic but is like the entire Superman outfit, great for the years they were both created, but right now... well...

Nice!....but not the gloves....

I think some costumes look good in comics and not an the big screen, e.g. the white gloves. Fine on paper, but he'd look like an idiot in live action. Wolverine is a good example of this; had he turned up on screen with a yellow lycra suit, he'd have looked like an annoyed banana.

As much as I love the classic costume, really glad they opted not to do the white gloves. Can't wait to see this.

Really cool! I see the white wouldn't really work. But if they made sure it was green glowing very bright all the time it could've work.

was never a fan of the white gloves been in the movie. yes it works in the comics but it never work on the big screen.

Maybe if they were a white-green color from the ring down his arm, it coulda worked, otherwise, random white gloves on a green and black suit wouldn't make much sense for this film.

I love seeing concept art for this kind of stuff. Will be getting the book.

And after seeing how they look in context of the costume's overall design, I'm glad they scrapped the white gloves.

think the costume in the actual film looks like crap but the concept with the white gloves makes it look ace! think the concept is great but the cgi lets it down

Fantastic looking book!
As for the white gloves,sure they look fine in that pic,but in the real world?? Not so sure.They'd be far too bright against most backgrounds :)
