Not enough to save the whole movie from being disappointing - but hell, Mark Strong was very great as Sinestro indeed. From the look to quality and all, if there's a thing why I don't want this whole movie to be rebooted...well, it's him. Having him as Sinestro is like a fanboy dream coming true, and he surely deserves more (and I honestly need more of his Sinestro as well!). :)

Probably the only thing for me is that his Sinestro was written too much antagonized, as I love his slightly friendlier character like in Secret Origins or even at least like in Emerald Dawn II. But whatever I guess, still an impressive performance!

Great video! Mark Strong is a good enough reason to watch any film but, like everyone else, I hated that 'Lantern' didn't fly. Would be great to see his Sinestro again.

@THABATMAN...because Warner Bros hasn't found the same formula that the Marvel Movies did right. Even if some are owned by various companies, they still make $$$$.

Mark Strong really was a near perfect Sinestro. Looked amazing on screen and I agree with many previous comments that he was the best part of the film. =)

Yeah Mark Strong's Sinestro should be enough incentive to warrant a sequel! Gonna buy this!

While I agree with the fact Green lantern had its flaws, people seem to bash it like it had nothing good to offer. I do think they should do the sequel and fix the things that went wrong in the first one.

Mark Strong was fantastic. I almost fell asleep at one or two points of the movie when I saw it the first time, but not during his scenes. The ONLY reason I would go see the sequel is to see Strong's Sinestro go yellow.

i think we can all agree that Mark Strong owned the role of Sinestro. I liked the movie, but that's it. It wasn't as epic as it should have been. It still deserves a sequel with better writers, better director, and more scenes in space/on OA. I think Reynolds was great as Hal, just my opinion.
Someone said this movie failed because of Ryan Reynolds...that's just idiotic. Like or hate him, there were much bigger problems with this film.

I saw this with my little brother (join the big brothers program yall and be a mentor) and we both were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as bad as critics and majority of fans panned it. it certainly wasn't groundbreaking either. we enjoyed the film however and my comic book geekdom can't allow me to pass a comic book movie.im picking this up
