Universal Studios will be bringing Jordan Peele's horror film Us to life with a new haunted house at Halloween Horror Nights.

Revealed today, the new haunted house will transport guests to the Wilson family beach house and Santa Cruz Pier before guiding them to the unnerving underground tunnels that run deep below America. In this underground labyrinth, guests will come face-to-face with "The Tethered" and "quickly discover that you are your own worst enemy."

Follow in the footsteps of Adelaide Wilson as she experiences a horrifying and traumatic encounter with her tethered double, Red. Watch her face off with her menacing mirror image in a deadly dance with a fatal ending.

As you venture deeper through the haunted house, you will be transported to modern-day, and witness “The Tethered” rise-up from their underground labyrinth, ready to take on their privileged upperworld counterparts – determined to enact their plan of murder and revenge.

Us is the latest Halloween Horror Nights haunted house to be announced by Universal Studios. The theme park has already confirmed a Stranger Things house inspired by seasons two and three, as well as a Ghostbusters house inspired by the original 1984 film. Other themed haunted houses include MGM Pictures Killer Klowns From Outer Space, Yeti: Terror of the Yukon, and Universal Monsters.

It sounds like the Us haunted house will be exclusive to Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios Florida, as ther was no mention of the Hollywood park in the announcement. Halloween Horror Nights runs from September 6 through November 2.

Us was one of the more disappointing movies for me this year. Still better than a lot of horror movies - but the mythology and some of the comedic tension relief brought it down for me.

Also the trailer gave away the twist which was a huge bummer. Don’t know why they needed to include that shot.

As long as my doppelganger doesn't switch places with me by choking me out... Yeah I'll go.

This sounds cool. I really liked the movie although I admit there’s some logic holes with the concept but I also wasn’t really looking for it to make perfect sense as much as I wanted it to be intriguing and have great atmosphere which I feel it did. Can’t wait to see what Peele does next

Unless you hire my twin brother and he wears the tethered costume I'm not impressed. That said I'd be down to go see it. Also for anyone saying Us sucks I'll take a movie like Us over any of the recent conjuring universe movies any day of the week.

I loved the movie and thought it was better than Get Out
