The first full-length trailer for Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths - Part Three has just hit (via Toonado.com), and it teases what looks to be a high-stakes finale to this animated trilogy (and the Tomorrowverse as we know it).

With the Anti-Monitor on the loose, a whole host of heroes assemble to save the Multiverse, but it looks like that will be easier said than done when they also have Lex Luthor to contend with. Several other villains are also spotted, including The Joker, Scarecrow, and Two-Face.

In terms of cameos, the trailer ends with another Batman: The Animated Series tease. Batman Beyond also appears, but perhaps the biggest surprise comes when we return to the world of the Super Friends!

The Saturday morning cartoon aired between 1973 and 1985 on ABC and was produced by Hanna-Barbera. That classic animation style returns here and we're hoping the movie has even more surprises in store for us.

We've also learned that the final Crisis movie will be released on Digital on July 16 before arriving on 4K UHD in limited edition SteelBook packaging and Blu-ray on July 23. Here's the synopsis:

Now fully revealed as the ultimate threat to existence, the Anti-Monitor wages an unrelenting attack on the surviving Earths that struggle for survival in a pocket universe. One by one, these worlds and all their inhabitants are vaporized! On the planets that remain, even time itself is shattered, and heroes from the past join the Justice League and their rag-tag allies against the epitome of evil. But as they make their last stand, will the sacrifice of the superheroes be enough to save us all?

Seriously though, watching these movies is worse than watching the DCEU movies. Never seen them but never heard anything good about them either.

They’re gonna butcher Watchmen so [frick]ing hard if this was their take on Crisis. Yikes. What a way to end DC’s once-tenured direct-to-video animation library… at least we’ll always have Under The Red Hood

The Tomorrowverse has been pretty meh so far. Hopefully it can at least end on a strong note.

OUCH. Can we actually call this animation when so little moves in a frame?

Was that the Superfriends Universe?

Between this and the DCAU we may be cooking. Don't listen to the grumpy assed kids who think it's cool to be against multiversal cameos, go [frick]ing wild. Give us everything.

Or don't. Bore us. Disappoint us. Your call entirely.
