Yancy Butler Returns For KICK-ASS 2

Yancy Butler Returns For KICK-ASS 2

The former Witchblade actress had a small part (actually only one scene) in the first movie as Red Mist's Mother, but it seems she will be back -- hopefully in a larger role -- for the sequel..

According to THR, Yancy Butler has signed on to reprise the role of Nancy D'Amico -- Mother to Christopher Mintz-Plasse’s Chris D'Amico -- in Jeff Wadlow's sequel to Kick-Ass. The site doesn't say, but I would assume she will be doing more than a one scene cameo this time around. THR also refer to the movie as "Kick-Ass 2: Balls To The Walls". We had heard that this might be the title they went with, but since then it had appeared the subtitle had been dropped. Is this official now? We'll see I guess.

Also reprising their roles are Aaron Johnson, Chloe Moretz, and Mintz-Plasse. New additions so far are Donald Faison and John Lequizamo. Still no word on who will play Mother Russia, it seems they are having a bit of a hard time finding a suitable lady for that role.

She was in a show call Mann & Machine in the early 90s, it was a pretty good show especially for back then but it was canceled early. It was one of those last season pick up shows that just didnt get the viewers it needed.

@TrueRedBlue-when did she die? In the movie? No, she didn't, or at least, she wasn't SHOWN having been killed. We see her at breakfast, then again with the family watching Kick-Ass on TV, but that was it.

I always thought that was her on Space: Above and Beyond. Turns out it was Kristin Cloke. I dug that show.

Totally did *not* know that was her. I couldn't get through much of Witchblade but I do recognize her now.
