With 2022 on its way out, we're going to start looking ahead to next year with our epic 2023 movie preview, where we'll spotlight nearly every major upcoming release studio-by-studio.
Starting us off is Walt Disney Studios, who are anticipating a huge year with blockbuster sequels from Marvel Studios (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania; Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3; The Marvels) and Lucasfilm (Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny), as well as a handful of animated films from Pixar (Elemental) and Disney Animation (Wish) that should delight audiences across the globe.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
With Phase 4 in the rearview mirror, Marvel Studios kickstarts Phase 5 with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, where they'll formally introduce The Multiverse Saga's primary antagonist Kang the Conqueror, who will seemingly track down Scott Lang for a mission that may have potentially devastating consequences.

Quasi
Five years after Super Troopers 2, Broken Lizard is back with the satirical comedy Quasi, which is loosely based on Victor Hugo's 1831 novel The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. We don't know much else right now, but it should contain plenty of their trademark humor.

Next Goal Wins
After a second round with the God of Thunder, director Taika Waititi is tackling an entirely different genre with the sports comedy-drama Next Goal Wins, which stars Michael Fassbender (X-Men: Days of Future Past) as Thomas Rongen, a Dutch-American coach who attempted to lead the American Samoa national football team to qualification for the 2014 World Cup.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3
The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special was a nice treat, but it's back to business for our favorite A-holes next May, with the arrival of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
While tracking down Gamora will be a priority for Peter, the Guardians will also have their hands full with Adam Warlock on their tails and don't expect him to take it easy on anyone.

The Little Mermaid
Disney's first look at The Little Mermaid has been wowing audiences ever since its release, and having seen Halle Bailey's full performance at the D23 Expo earlier this year, we assure you this is one title fans will definitely not want to miss!

Elemental
Disney and Pixar have a long history of delivering magic and Pixar looks to be no different, as it tells the story of a "fiery young woman and a go-with-the-flow guy," who, "are about to discover something elemental: how much they actually have in common."

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny
Indy is back for one last ride and it looks to be his biggest adventure yet as he tackles the Space Race. While plot details are under wraps, with Harrison Ford and director James Mangold leading the way, this should be one of next summer's most entertaining blockbusters.

The Marvels
Marvel Studios released the first look trailer for The Marvels during the D23 Expo earlier this year, and while it doesn't look like it'll make its way online before the end of 2022, the sequel is expected to be a major step-up from its predecessor as Carol Danvers teams-up with Kamala Khan and Monica Rambeau to solve a cosmic problem.

Haunted Mansion
It's about to get extremely spooky next August, as we're taken back to Disney's Haunted Mansion for an all-new adventure that'll follow a single mom and her son as they move into the New Orleans-based mansion, before learning that there's more to their new home than meets the eye and they're going to need an exorcist to set things right.

A Haunting in Venice
Hercule Poirot is back next fall for A Haunting in Venice, the third entry in Kenneth Branagh's ongoing mystery series after Murder on the Orient Express and Death on the Nile. Both previous titles were received relatively well, but this one could be the most exciting yet as it adapts a lesser-known Agatha Christie novel Hallowe'en Party.

True Love
Gareth Edwards (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) helms this sci-fi drama, and while plot details are nonexistent, there's a chance this could be one of the fall's more exciting releases.

Wish
This could be one of Disney's more intriguing animated offerings, as it promises to tell the untold tale of how wishing began in their extended universe of films. Following a young girl named Asha, it will reveal how her wish changed her world forever.
