They're all pretty cool, but - I don't understand why Bane is the only one truly redesigned. In fact, he's the only batman minifig that properly reflects the Nolan films.

So is Harley confirmed for TDKR?? At least as an nurse?

The only reason I would get an aquaman would be to make a custom Power Girl with his hair, Do want TDKR Batman, Bane, Harley, Freeze, Hooded Robin, Spider-man, Nova, and Doom, Venom looks meh

@AaronianKenrod: The James Gordon is based on Gary Oldman's one, the rest aren't meant to be from the film.

@ShoxSpidey95: The Harley figure is probably from a different set not related to Dark Knight Rises, my guess is that only the Batman, Gordon and Bane ones will be featured in a Dark Knight Rises set.
